To control the population growth China has from time to time been putting restriction on its people. It was said that the officials have imposed too many fines on the families having too many children.
Being intolerable to this practice by the government, several villagers went to the offices and created riot. They destroyed public properties by setting fires.
The farmers were being fined for having to many children. It was said that if they didn’t have any money the officials took things form their house.
The world’s biggest nation has long been imposing several family planning propositions and restriction to civilians.
